We understand that there can be hesitations and limitations when considering personalised coaching.  For those who are halfway, we have carefully crafted a series of 8 week plans to meet general goals for a range of availabilities.  Created by us and delivered through the TrainingPeaks calendar, we have compiled targeted workouts allowing for independence from one-to-one coaching.  Weekly training load represents on-the-bike sessions; but gym/home strength workouts have been given for those who wish to swap and include them.  

See plan links below to open TrainingPeaks for sample training weeks and prices (shown in USD as default).  Workout prescriptions are compatible with Zwift, Wattbike app, Garmin, Wahoo & Apple Watch.  Riders with intense race schedules, irregular or >8hrs of weekly availability are advised to consider full coaching packages.  Triathlon and off-road plans coming soon!
